Angry birds PC getting ignored?

Angry birds PC has not gotton the back to school update...or any mighty eagles or space eagles....no power-ups....and we have to wait when ios gets updates first.So,instead of ranting at Angrybirdsnest
(they don't allow it)i'm gonna rant here.
 So,why don't they have mighty eagles?i guess since the whole problem with activating the PC game,they won't have buying.
power-ups used to be facebook only,but that changed and PC didn't get it.
i'm gonna contact Rovio about it and see what they say about it.
but they do have a canned response for some questions asked.........Gamerflex!

    The only reason why these didn't come on PC is because you can't do IAPs.

      It's nearly impossible. The only way I can think of is put a link in the game to pay $1 for another activation code to activate the ME.
